A little about me

Dietetics student · home cook

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved cooking for the people around me. As a dietetics student, that love has grown into a passion for nutrition and for helping people build a positive relationship with food. I started this service because even when life gets really busy, you still deserve some good, good food.

Questions

The things people usually ask

Where do you serve?

Cache Valley: Logan, North Logan, Providence, Smithfield, Hyrum, Nibley, and nearby towns. Ask if you’re a little farther out.

Do I need to be home while you cook?

What containers do you use?

Your own, or I can bring a set of reusable glass containers for a one-time fee.

Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, high-protein, and kid-friendly menus are all welcome. Let me know about any allergies during our consultation.

How long do the meals last?
